Temporary road closure – The Glebe Pilning
South Gloucestershire Council has announced planned temporary road closures to allow essential micro‑surfacing works to take place later this year.
The order will come into effect on 30 March 2026 and will remain valid for up to 18 months. However, it’s important to note:
– The closure will not be in place for the entire 18‑month period.
– They will only be implemented when traffic signs are displayed on site.
– Restrictions will last only for as long as necessary to complete the works safely.
Residents and road users should therefore expect intermittent closures rather than a continuous disruption.
